KORU NUTRITION RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Koru Nutrition.

We are totally committed to providing you with the highest quality products.

If for any reason, however, you are not 100% satisfied we will refund the cost of purchase under the terms and conditions of our Product Return & Refund Policy if the products were purchased directly from Koru Nutrition. Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount paid at the time of purchase.

 

PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return and request for refund of the following:

  1. Your initial product order; or
  2. Product you are trying for the first time – this applies to any product you have not previously ordered

Refunds for product that full outside of the above criteria may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Koru Nutrition reserves the right to deny any refund and/or cancel the order of anyone who abuses the intent of this policy. 

Membership fees, shipping fees, processing fees, administration fees, literature, seasonal, discounted or promotional items, and products that are not purchased directly from Koru Nutrition are non-refundable, except as required by law. 

HOW TO INITIATE A PRODUCT RETURN

To initiate a return and request for refund, please email info@korunutrition.co.nz or call Customer Care on 0800 567 868. Please have your Koru Nutrition order number or invoice number available. Once we have clarified your eligibility for a refund you will be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and your purchase will be credited via the original form of payment within 30 days of the product being logged as returned to our distribution centre.

Please note, the product must be returned to Koru Nutrition's distribution centre within 14 days of receipt of the RMA and that it may take up to 30 days or more for refunds to be processed by the responsible financial institutions. 

 Koru Nutrition reserves the right to decline a refund if a RMA was not issued prior to returning the product(s).

 

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact Koru Nutrition Customer Care on 0800 567 868 or info@korunutrition.co.nz and we will replace that product (or products) at no charge, in lieu of a refund, as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
