Production Team Member – Part Time

Koru Nutrition is an innovative company that formulates, manufactures and markets natural health supplements and consumer health product.

You will be responsible for assisting in manufacturing, picking orders ready for dispatch and keeping the warehouse/packing space clean and tidy.

The role is based in Rangiora. Minimum of 10 hours per week, starting at 9:00am Monday to Friday. Hours may increase to 20 hours per week depending on order volume.

You will be required to:

• Perform manual tasks to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Operate tools to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Picking orders as requested by management.
• Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages.
• Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area.
• Placing containers on pallets, and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping.
• Assist in the installation, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of tools or machinery.
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
• Work with others to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organised.
• Comply with Health and Safety policies, processes, and other safety regulations.
• Assisting in maintaining security of warehouse.
