Delivery Information
We send goods from our Christchurch-based fulfilment centre within 24 business hours of your order being placed. Please allow 3-8 days for New Zealand addresses, up to 14 days for shipping to Australia, and up to 21 days for other international locations. For rural delivery please allow a further 2-4 business days.
We send via NZ Post tracked courier service. After your order processes, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number.

For all domestic deliveries we use NZ Post Domestic Shipping service with the following shipping options:
- Tracked Courier (3-8 Days) - $5.95
For deliveries to Australia we use NZ Post International Shipping service with the following shipping options:
- Courier Select (Up to 12 Days) - $16.00
- Economy Tracked (Up to 14 Days) - $15.00
Shipping Zone B includes the following destinations: American Samoa, Cocos Islands, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Norfolk Island, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna.
For deliveries to destinations in Zone B we use NZ Post International Shipping service with the following shipping options:
- Economy Tracked (Up to 21 Days) - $21.00
Shipping Zone C includes the following destinations: Cambodia, China - People's Republic of, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea - Republic of (South), Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Viet Nam.
For deliveries to destinations in Zone C we use NZ Post International Shipping service with the following shipping options:
- Economy Tracked (Up to 21 Days) - $24.00
Shipping Zone D includes the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
